I ask a random Italian to call on my behalf on the fifth time and they successfully manage to book....
Highly unprofessional it’s sad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taxi in this city is only for tourist. Everyone here know that it's better not to use their service 'coz of very high prices (higher than in many European capitals) and low operators quality. Everypne is waiting for Uner, taxify, Bolt or something like this.

Phoned them at 2:00 in the night from their parking at Pra train station; first they were claiming taxis were there (?), then they said it was a matter of a few minutes. Phoned again after 15 minutes and they said it was a matter of another 10 minutes. After further 15 minutes wait I gave up. Absolutely NOT recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my. This was really bad. It took quite a long time to wait for the operator, who was very unpleasant, spoke bad English and was not helpful at all. In the end I had to ask some locals to call the taxi for me. The driver was fine and he got me where I needed to go but the service was far too pricey. I would say it was more expensive than Taxi Parisien that I take from time to time in Paris. I would not expect this in a town like Parma. So, if you have any other option, do not take this taxi, you might end up highly disappointed.
EDIT after the owner's response: yes, the taxi prices are indeed higher than in Paris, except from the night hours when the Parisian fares are higher.
