I docenti intervenuti nel corso dei weekend sono manager di aziende prestigiose, molto professionali e preparati con i quali è stato molto interessante confrontarsi. Durante le lezioni si acquisiscono conoscenze e competenze spendibili sin da subito nel mondo del lavoro. Elemento a favore è anche la formula weekend, la quale permette di conciliare lavoro e studio. Infatti, avendo scelto il pacchetto Master + project work + placement, ho avuto la possibilità dopo soli pochi mesi di inserirmi all'interno del mondo HR, il tutto grazie anche ad un prezioso percorso svolto con la career coach di riferimento, la quale si è sempre dimostrata disponibile e pronta a comprendere le mie necessità ed i miei interessi e ad offrirmi validi consigli da mettere in pratica sin da subito.
Consiglio senza dubbio questo master a chi come me desidera entrare a far parte del mondo delle Risorse Umane, in particolar modo abbinato al pacchetto Placement, un'esperienza molto valida e soddisfacente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho da poco iniziato a frequentare il Master in “Digital & Social Media Recruiting” (a Milano) erogato da Radar Academy.
L’offerta formativa si è fin da subito dimostrata perfettamente in linea con i miei obiettivi ed aspirazioni.
La formula weekend consente massima libertà durante il resto della settimana nonché di concentrare le lezioni in orari che permettono comunque di poter sfruttare buona parte del sabato e della domenica per la vita privata. La cosa più sbalorditiva è che, avendo optato per il servizio di Master + Project Work + Placement (nella speranza di trovare un impiego al termine del corso), Radar Academy – ancor prima dell’inizio del Master – mi ha presentato opportunità presso alcune delle sue Aziende partner tra cui quella che mi ha selezionato e per la quale comincerò un percorso praticamente in concomitanza all’inizio del Master stesso (Azienda tra le più importanti del settore sul panorama nazionale).
Ringrazio Stefania Tatone, Career Coach, per avermi coinvolto sin da subito con il suo entusiasmo e la sua costante disponibilità concretizzatasi, per l’appunto, con un’ottima offerta veicolata tramite Radar Academy.

I have recently started attending the Master in "Digital & Social Media Recruiting" (in Milan) provided by Radar Academy.
The training offer immediately proved to be perfectly in line with my goals and aspirations.
The weekend formula allows maximum freedom during the rest of the week as well as to concentrate lessons at times that still allow you to take advantage of a good part of Saturday and Sunday for private life. The most amazing thing is that, having opted for the Master + Project Work + Placement service (in the hope of finding a job at the end of the course), Radar Academy - even before the start of the Master - presented me with opportunities at some of the its partner companies including the one that selected me and for which I will begin a path practically concurrently with the beginning of the Master itself (one of the most important companies in the sector on the national scene).
I would like to thank Stefania Tatone, Career Coach, for involving me right away with her enthusiasm and constant availability, which resulted in an excellent offer conveyed through the Radar Academy.
I highly recommend the Master for those who prefer a practical and concrete cut, able to bring real situations into the classroom by means of professionals working in leading companies in different sectors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo la Laurea in Giurisprudenza ho scelto di frequentare il Master in Management delle Risorse Umane da Radar Academy sede di Milano e posso dire di essere già molto soddisfatta della scelta. Il mio percorso è appena iniziato ma ho già avuto modo di sperimentare la grande realtà di Radar che si è dimostrata all'altezza delle mie aspettative. Tramite l'ufficio Placement inizierò presto il mio stage in una tra le più importanti agenzie per il lavoro ma una menzione particolare spetta alla mia Career Coach, Stefania Tatone, supporto costante da un punto di vista professionale ed umano, sempre disponibile e pronta a valorizzare le attitudini degli allievi.
After graduating in Law I chose to attend the Master in Human Resources Management from Radar Academy in Milan and I can say that I am already very satisfied with the choice. My journey has just begun but I have already had the opportunity to experience the great reality of Radar which has proved to live up to my expectations. Nonostante abbia ancora affrontato solo un modulo del master (interessantissimo e con modalità didattiche efficaci e moderne) Radar mi ha già fornito diverse possibilità di selezione per iniziare uno stage in aziende molto importanti, la bravissima coach Stefania Tatone mi ha anche dato utilissimi suggerimenti per affrontare i colloqui. Dunque grazie a Radar, dopo solo un mese dall'inizio del master, inizierò uno stage in una delle aziende leader del settore, Adecco. Date le premesse non posso che consigliare fortemente Radar Academy, che non solo mira ad una crescita professionale attraverso i vari i moduli, ma è un vero e proprio ponte per il mondo del lavoro HR.
I chose to take a masters in human resources management with Radar after earning my bachelor's degree in psychological sciences and techniques. Although I have still faced only one module of the master (very interesting and with effective and modern teaching methods) Radar has already provided me with various selection possibilities to start an internship in very important companies, the excellent coach Stefania Tatone has also given me very useful suggestions to deal with the interviews. So thanks to Radar, after only a month from the start of the master, I will start an internship in one of the leading companies in the sector, Adecco. Given the premises, I can only strongly recommend Radar Academy, which not only aims at professional growth through the various modules, but is a real bridge for the world of HR work.

Ho scelto questo percorso perché volevo dare una svolta più pratica ai miei studi, che combinasse formazione teorica ad esercitazioni. L’offerta formativa di Radar, si è fin da subito dimostrata in linea con i miei obiettivi e le aspettative sono state pienamente soddisfatte.
La mia scelta é stata attivare il servizio completo che prevede Master, Project Work e Placement. Mi è stata affidata una tutor, Stefania, che dal principio mi ha presentato diverse opportunità di stage, fino a trovar l’offerta ideale per i miei obiettivi, in una delle aziende partner alla business school. A few months ago I started attending the master in "Human Resources Management" in Milan provided by Radar Academy.
