★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale incompetente...sono andato li un paio di volte per risolvere un problema che non ha risolto e la moglie mi ha anche fatto capire che li stavo disturbando...per far mettere un po di grasso nella serie sterzo e un distanziale mi ha chiesto 25 euro!!!!
Incompetent staff ... I went there a couple of times to fix a problem they didn't fix and the wife also made me realize I was bothering them ... to get some grease in the headset and a spacer got me asked for 25 euros !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War auf einer Transalp Bike Tour. Leider hatte die vordere Bremse Luft im Kolben und daher nicht mehr funktioniert. Der Laden hat es abgelehnt diese zu reparieren. Angeblich keine Zeit. Das ist nicht sehr gastfreundlich vor allem da das biken mit nicht funktionierenden Bremsen lebensgefährlich bei diesen Bergen ist.
Fazit ein Laden der Menschen in Not nicht hilft, ist mit Sicherheit nicht zu empfehlen.
Was on a transalp bike tour. Unfortunately, the front brake had air in the piston and therefore stopped working. The store refused to repair them. Supposedly no time. This is not very hospitable, especially since biking with non-functioning brakes is life-threatening in these mountains.
Conclusion a store of people in need does not help, is certainly not recommended.
