Am Jaufenpass ist mir das Schaltauge gebrochen und ich hatte kaum noch Hoffnung meine Fahrt fortsetzen zu können. Es war kein passendes Schaltauge vorhanden. Der Monteur hat sich die Arbeit gemacht und eines zurechtgefeilt. Auf diesem Weg noch einmal vielen, vielen Dank. Meine Tour war gerettet.
 I am still impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness.
My derailleur hanger broke at the Jaufenpass and I hardly had any hope of continuing my journey. There was no suitable derailleur hanger available. The fitter has done the job and filed one thing. On this way, once again many, many thanks. My tour was saved.

Definitely an incredibly great breakdown service! Thank you very much for swapping tubes and coats on the open road, and that when it rains all the time ... You saved our bikepacking tour for us! Thank you very much for that - gladly again, but hopefully under different circumstances;)
