A	ANGELO CASCAPERA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li ho chiamati per un guasto allo scalda acqua, ho inviato una foto del modello ed ho preso un appuntamento per il giorno dopo, sono stati puntuali e precisi, per fortuna il guasto non era importante e l'intervento è costato 20€, soddisfatto in pieno di tutto I called them about a fault with the water heater, I sent a photo of the model and made an appointment for the next day, they were punctual and precise, luckily the fault was not important and the intervention cost € 20, satisfied in full of everything

La caldaia è top. La Consiglio a tutti I don't usually leave reviews but I'm happy to share my super positive experience with them and especially with the guy who took care of my boiler replacement practice, Angelo mastrantoni, but still all good and efficient. The boiler is top. I recommend it to everyone

Ho sostituito la vecchia vaillant con una nuova già da due anni e tutto va alla grande !!!! Grazieeeee After 30 years, my vaillant boiler has left me ... over time it has not given me any problems thanks to the annual reviews and the qualified personnel who carried out the intervention. I have replaced the old vaillant with a new one for two years already and everything is great !!!! Thankseeee

Ora ho acquistato una nuova caldaia (ovviamente da loro) ed ancora una volta si sono mostrati ineccepibili per tempistica, modalità di installazione ed assistenza pre e post vendita. Li consiglio a chiunque Raco Clima has looked after the assistance to my old boiler for twenty years or almost flawlessly. Now I bought a new boiler (obviously from them) and once again they proved to be faultless in terms of timing, installation methods and pre and post sales assistance. I recommend them to anyone
P	Paolo Piacentini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistenza pessima 105 euro l'anno e si limitano solo a cambiare la guarnizione. Ho una vailant a condensazione con garanzia 7 anni mi hanno sostituito 3 anni fa un rubinetto di carico per 50.00 euro ora si è rotto di nuovo e mi chiedono ancora 50.00 euro perché è soggetto ad usura. Ma io dico fosse un rubinetto del lavandino potrei capire ma si e no l 'avrò adoperato 10 volte in 3 anni! Inoltre ho meno flusso di acqua calda e dopo i test mi hanno detto xhe debo sostituire lo scambiatore che non è in garanzia per 300 euro...roba da matti! Non sono professionali per niente mandano in giro i ragazzetti con poca esperienza e pertanto appena termina la garanzia della caldaia toglierò l' assistenza con loro. Sconsiglio davvero! Bad service 105 euros a year and they just change the gasket. I have a condensing vailant with a 7-year warranty they replaced me 3 years ago a filling tap for 50.00 euros now it broke again and they still ask me for 50.00 euros because it is subject to wear. But I say it was a sink faucet I could understand but yes and no I will have used it 10 times in 3 years! Also I have less flow of hot water and after the tests they told me xhe I have to replace the exchanger which is not under warranty for 300 euros ... crazy stuff! They are not professional at all, they send around the little boys with little experience and therefore as soon as the boiler warranty ends I will remove the assistance with them. I really do not recommend!
