Marco molto competente, soprattutto in questo periodo di Pandemia, che ci sono un sacco di documenti da richiedere e da compilare, mi è stato molto d'aiuto, anche nel ritorno, mi ha scritto 2 giorni prima per assicurarsi che avessi fatto il Pcr test e che compilassi un'altro documento che non sapevo neanche l'esistenza...senza di lui avrei avuto problemi.
Great travel agency. Marco very competent, especially in this period of Pandemic, that there are a lot of documents to request and fill out, he was very helpful, even in the return, he wrote me 2 days before to make sure I had done the PCR test and that I fill out another document that I didn't even know existed ... without him I would have had problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo affidati ad un'agenzia di viaggi per evitare di avere problemi e poterci finalmente rilassare dopo un'anno di preparazione del matrimonio in periodo di pandemia, ma è stata un'esperienza negativa per il nostro viaggio di nozze.
Sappiamo che organizzare un viaggio con regole che cambiano continuamente causa covid non è semplice, ma proprio per questo ci eravamo affidati a un'agenzia invece che organizzarlo da soli come abbiamo sempre fatto..ma sono andate storte parecchie cose tra cui :
Centinaia di euro spesi per tamponi molecolari che non dovevano essere richiesti a detta del nostro consulente di viaggi,
Centinaia di euro spesi per noleggio di auto che non doveva servire dato che ci era stato detto bastava un motorino, per poi scoprire che i motorini alle seychelles non esistono.
Varie responsabilità spostate dall'agenzia di viaggi agli hotel in cui siamo stati, prontamente ignorate in quanto gli hotel non offrivano i servizi che avevamo chiesto inizialmente all'agenzia. Abbiamo passato due settimane in cui ogni sera dovevamo prenderci il dopocena per pianificare il resto del viaggio, visto che tutti se ne sono lavati le mani.
We relied on a travel agency to avoid having problems and finally be able to relax after a year of preparation for the wedding in a pandemic period, but it was a bad experience for our honeymoon.
We know that organizing a trip with rules that constantly change due to covid is not easy, but for this reason we had entrusted ourselves to an agency instead of organizing it ourselves as we have always done .. but several things went wrong including:
Hundreds of euros spent on molecular swabs that shouldn't have been requested according to our travel consultant,
Hundreds of euros spent on car rental that was not needed since we were told a moped was enough, only to discover that mopeds do not exist in the Seychelles.
Various responsibilities shifted from the travel agency to the hotels we stayed in, promptly ignored as the hotels did not offer the services we originally asked the agency for. We spent two weeks where we had to take after dinner every night to plan the rest of the trip, as everyone washed their hands of it.
