Per un telefono sono rimasta in negozio un'ora e mezza, anche perché la sig.ra faceva passare le persone di sua conoscenza senza rispettare la coda e come scusa diceva" ha già fatto la coda stamattina"
veramente inaccettabile.........

I stayed in the shop for an hour and a half for a phone, also because Mrs. let people she knew pass by without respecting the queue and as an excuse she said "she has already queued this morning"
really unacceptable .........

Absolutely rude staff. Never seen anything like it. They cannot give information by simply saying that the rates change every day and are not responsible for this. When I ask to be able to speak to a manager I am told that they are not responsible ...
