I lavori vengono eseguiti alla perfezione. Hanno diversi dipendenti, tutti molto professionali e cordiali.

In fase di installazione ho dovuto suggerire io di interpellare l'idraulico che a suo tempo aveva fatto l'impianto vecchio perché loro non erano in grado di stabilire se i tubi fossero compatibili con la caldaia a condensazione. Di fatto il sistema non ha mai funzionato bene. Il peggio è che quando li ho chiamati hanno fatto finta di non sapere chi fossi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dopo aver contattato la ditta, in breve tempo avviene l'incontro con il venditore che in modo molto chiaro e professionale mi illustra i prodotti e mi da consigli. Ricevo l preventivo e dopo averlo valutato chiedo alcune delucidazioni dimostrando il mio interesse all'acquisto anche con l'inserimento di ulteriori accorgimenti. Comincio a ricevere risposte evasive sia sul variare dei costi sia sulla possibilità di poter posizionare i due impianti , si perchè si parlava di due impianti sulla stessa falde del tetto. Il tutto viene rimandato dalla ditta alle verifiche sul campo , visto che dovrebbero installare anche una caldaia. Il ritardo dell'installazione della medesima non è imputabile all'azienda ma i tecnici intervenuti sono all'oscuro di dover andare sul tetto a prendere le misure. Ormai sono passate altre due settimane dall'intervento e nulla ancora mi è stato comunicato. Valuto una stella perchè ritengo che se un' azienda non sappia seguire i futuri clienti già dalle prime azioni commerciali , come lo possa fare in quelle tecniche e sopra tutto quelle successive di eventuali assistenze. n.b. la caldaia è stata istallata al mio vicino interessato anche all'istallazione del secondo impianto fotovoltaico , il Vs. Sig. Giovanni Martinoli dovrebbe ben conoscere il tutto

I receive the quote and after having evaluated it, I ask for some clarifications, demonstrating my interest in purchasing, even with the inclusion of further precautions. I begin to receive evasive answers both on the variation of costs and on the possibility of being able to position the two systems, because we were talking about two systems on the same pitch of the roof. Everything is sent back by the company to field checks, since they should also install a boiler. The delay in installing it is not attributable to the company but the technicians who attended are unaware of having to go to the roof to take the measurements. Two more weeks have now passed since the operation and nothing has yet been communicated to me. I value a star because I believe that if a company does not know how to follow future customers from the first commercial actions, how can it do it in those techniques and above all the subsequent ones of any assistance. n.b. the boiler was installed by my neighbor who is also interested in the installation of the second photovoltaic system, your Mr. Giovanni Martinoli should know everything well
