We had the worst experience in this shop. 1. They had very bad attitude 2. They didn’t willing to offer other solution except suggesting to call a police. 3. They didn’t willing to find someone who can represent this shop and take responsibility from the side of the shop. We had a iPhone X in this shop to be repaired. They didn’t give us any receipt and told us to be back in 20 min. I have to say, it’s ours fail not to be back on time, we came back in the day after. Lack of a receipt and the co-worker who took the iPhone X didn’t work in the second day, so we just CANT have the IPhone X back!!!! They said, we should just call the police, otherwise we can’t have our IPhone back!!! They had very bad and negative attitude towards us, like we were the only one who should take all of the responsibility for this situation. After that, we took a photo from the package from the IPhone X with the serial number, but this fact that we have the package won’t change their attitude and they insisted to keep the phone. And they refused to call a manager, like they can keep this phone to themselves?! So we found a manager from upstairs by ourselves, and after 20 min or so we got the IPhone X back. If we didn’t get there on time, why can’t they just tell a co-worker about this and have it take cared? 这家店真的非常的差，态度恶劣，不愿意负责， 我们手机拿去修，没有按时去取，因为没有给我receipt,就一直叫我们叫警察来处理这件事，就算我们有serial number他们也拒绝那手机出来对这个number，说他们不愿意冒险，也不愿意叫主管过来。最后还是我们自己去找主管，才把手机拿回来。 Schlechte Erfahrungen, wir haben ein IPhone X da reparieren dagelassen, aber wir konnten es nicht zurück haben, da wir kein Beleg haben. Aber sie haben uns kein Beleg gegeben, was konnten wir machen? Und sie wollten kein Manager für uns rufen, und behaupten, dass wir einfach Polizei anrufen. Die ganze Zeit haben sie kein Engagement gezeigt, als ob sie kein Verantwortung dafür haben, und wir sollten alles dafür tun, da wir damals nicht pünktlich angekommen sind, um das Handy abzuholen. Was wäre passiert, wenn wir einfach aufgeben? Wären sie das Handy einfach so behalten für persönliche Nutzung? Schlechter Apple PREMIUM reseller gibt es nicht !
