★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto 2 stelle perché non ho ancora avuto il piacere di parlare....sono di un paese distante 60km e volevo acquistare il top degli Iphone...preferivo farlo in un centro apple...ma in periodo di covid spostarsi a vuoto non è una delle cose più belle, per questo avevo pensato di telefonare per chiedere se era disponibile il modello da me scelto....ma purtroppo sono giorni che provo a chiamare....senza risposta...capisco tutto ma in una regione come la nostra, piena di paesini sarebbe importante rispondere al telefono ....specialmente in un periodo come questo....
I put 2 stars because I have not yet had the pleasure of speaking .... I am from a country 60km away and I wanted to buy the top of the Iphone ... I preferred to do it in an apple center ... but in the period of covid moving around empty it's one of the nicest things, that's why I thought I'd call to ask if the model I chose was available .... but unfortunately I've been trying to call for days .... no answer ... I understand everything but in a region like ours, full of villages it would be important to answer the phone .... especially in a period like this ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile e professionale...MA UNA SEGNALAZIONE PARTICOLARE è per ROCCO... esperto, competente e soprattutto paziente con chi come me ha conoscenze informatiche “elementari”. Mi sono trovata di fronte ad un problema (per me insormontabile) con il Mac Air appena comprato... ho telefonato in negozio e Rocco me l’ha risolto in pochi minuti con grande competenza!!! Tornerò sicuramente ad acquistare presso questo store...consigliatissimo!!! GRAZIE ancora ROCCO!
Kind and professional staff ... BUT A PARTICULAR SIGNAL is for ROCCO ... expert, competent and above all patient with those who like me have "elementary" computer skills. I was faced with a problem (insurmountable for me) with the Mac Air I just bought ... I phoned the store and Rocco solved it in a few minutes with great competence !!! I will definitely be back to buy at this store ... highly recommended !!! THANKS again ROCCO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un mese fa ho dovuto portare le AirPods a cambiare la batteria, gli avevo detto che sia le cuffie e il case avevano bisogno di farsi cambiare la batteria poiché poco duratura. Quando le sono andate a ritirare mi sono trovato solo con la batteria delle AirPods cambiate, il case non avevano fatto niente. Inoltre, sono dovuto tornare due volte poiché, da veri incompetenti, non avevano associato le AirPods al case e non avendole associate non si potevano usare. Veri incompetenti
A month ago I had to bring the AirPods to change the battery, I told them that both the headphones and the case needed to have the battery changed as it didn't last long. When they went to collect them I found myself alone with the battery of the AirPods changed, the case had not done anything. Also, I had to go back twice because, as truly incompetent, they had not paired the AirPods with the case and not having paired them they could not be used. Real incompetent
