Dopo aver effettuato l'acquisto mi cingevo a rientrare a casa. Dopo 500 metri improvvisamente la macchina mi si spegneva ( si saprà dopo per avaria del sensore di giri).chiedo l'intervento del personale d officina per trovare il guasto ma mi viene risposto che nn possono intervenire. Conclusione sono stato costretto a rientrare in sede tramite carro attrezzi per un guasto diagnosticabile subito e con un ricambio peraltro disponibile ( 20 minuti di cortesia )NEGATIVO SONO DELLE MERDE TUTTI QUANTI Unfortunately I had negative experience. It happened there to pick up spare parts for my Kia Ceed Sw. After making the purchase, I dressed myself to go home. After 500 meters the machine suddenly turned me off (it will be known later due to the failure of the rev sensor). I ask the workshop personnel to find the fault but I am told that they cannot intervene. Conclusion I was forced to go back into the car through a tow truck for a fault that could be diagnosed immediately and with a spare part available (20 minutes of courtesy).

F	Fedele Capriglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, oggi 29 giugno 2021 è iniziata male la giornata perché mentre mi trovo in ferie ad Amantea Cosenza, sono rimasto in panne con la mia Kia niro ibrida. Sono trascorsi 4 anni dall’acquisto e per fortuna non mi era mai successo nulla con la mia nuova auto ibrida, di cui sono stato da subito soddisfatto della scelta. Vivo a Milano e quando ti trovi in ferie in una zona del sud non ti aspetti che la tua auto ti dia dei problemi. Tuttavia devo dire che, nonostante l’inconveniente di dover portare con un carro attrezzi da Amantea alla concessionaria Kia di Catanzaro, ho ricevuto un’accoglienza clienti (dal Sig. Maurizio e dell'impiegata) molto cordiale e professionale. Hanno verificato il guasto che per fortuna non era rilevante e dovuto solo ad una mia incuria per aver lasciato involontariamente le 4 frecce di sosta per un tempo eccessivo che ha fatto scaricare la batteria principale e quindi si era bloccata. Dopo aver ricaricato per circa 1:30 la batteria, l’auto mi è stata riconsegnata subito e non mi è stato chiesto alcun compenso per la verifica e l’intervento urgente che è stato effettuato con tempestività ed efficienza. È giusto segnalare sia le esperienze negative ma anche quando si verificano delle esperienze positive come nel mio casa. Complimenti al Concessionario Kia di Catanzaro per la serietà e la professionalità dimostrata dal personale addetto all’assistenza auto. Cordiali saluti e spero che continuino ad operare con la stessa serietà. Fedele Capriglia Good morning, today 29 June 2021 the day has started badly because while I am on vacation in Amantea Cosenza, I was stranded with my hybrid Kia niro. Four years have passed since the purchase and luckily nothing had ever happened to me with my new hybrid car, of which I was immediately satisfied with the choice. I live in Milan and when you are on vacation in a southern area you don't expect your car to give you problems. However, I must say that, despite the inconvenience of having to take a tow truck from Amantea to the Kia dealership in Catanzaro, I received a very friendly and professional customer welcome (from Mr. Maurizio and the employee). They verified the fault which fortunately was not relevant and due only to my neglect for having inadvertently left the 4 stop arrows for an excessive time which caused the main battery to discharge and therefore it was blocked. After recharging the battery for about 1:30, the car was returned to me immediately and I was not asked for any compensation for the verification and urgent intervention, which was carried out promptly and efficiently. It is right to report both negative experiences but also when positive experiences occur such as in my home. Congratulations to the Kia dealer in Catanzaro for the seriousness and professionalism shown by the car assistance staff. Sincerely and I hope they continue to operate with the same seriousness.
