Sono capaci ad ammettere in privato i guai creati, e poi a negare il tutto per iscritto quando chiedi il rimborso del danno o la risoluzione. Ma la cosa più brutta, è che se tenti di risolvere in maniera pacifica, e chiedi un incontro per un colloquio, ti rispondono che devi contattarli tramite gli avvocati… secondo voi questa è serietà ?
