s	stefano degioseffo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dopo manutenzione programmata mi informano che va cambiato il vaso espansione della caldaia e chiamano per fissare appuntamento. quando chiamano chiedo "quanto costa il pezzo?" rispondono che non lo sanno perchè devono ancora ordinarlo. si arriva alla data odierna dell appuntamento senza che nessuno chiami per dire "il pezzo costa x", chiamano poco prima dell ora concordata per anticipare, gli si dice ok. arriva il loro tecnico con tanto di piercing che esegue tutto velocemente omettendo il fatto di chiedere al padrone di casa di spostare la roba che sta sotto il mobile della caldaia, oppure di chiedere opportuno recipiente. risultato? TUTTO IMBOMBATO DI ACQUA, CON TUTTA LA ROBA A MOLLO, NEL FRATTEMPO PASSEGGIA PER IL SALONE CON LE SCARPE BAGNATE E SPORCHE SENZA NEMMENO CHIEDERE SCUSA, ANZI ESCLAMA "COSA VUOLE CHE SIA PER UN PO DI ACQUA". deve poi scocciato risistemare il lamierino di chiusura del fondo della caldaia lasciato senza averlo fissato. provato a chiamare l'azienda ma non risponde nessuno, c'è solo segreteria telefonica. complimentucci! così si lavora!! e poi magari si lamentano perchè c'è poco lavoro in giro after scheduled maintenance they inform me that the expansion tank of the boiler must be changed and called to make an appointment. when they call, I ask "how much does the piece cost?" they answer that they do not know it because they still have to order it. you arrive at today's date of the appointment without anyone calling to say "the piece costs x", call just before the agreed time to anticipate, it is said ok. comes their technician with a lot of piercing that runs everything quickly omitting the fact of asking the landlord to move the stuff that is under the cabinet of the boiler, or to ask for appropriate container. result? Dopo il lavoro di installazione ed il prezioso supporto amministrativo, devo dire che è rafforzata in me l'idea che il marketing e la pubblicità vengono dopo la professionalità e la disponibilità. L	Lucia Denaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche anno fa mi sono rivolta alla R.E.T. Impianti per sostituire la caldaia del riscaldamento, il lavoro è stato eseguito in maniera puntuale, precisa e pulita. Dopo qualche mese l'impianto ha dovuto essere tarato per un leggero fischio. Anche in questo caso l'intervento è stato perfetto ed eseguito in tempi brevissimi!! Il personale tecnico e amministrativo è sempre stato cortese, discreto e disponibile. Per tutti questi motivi ho deciso di affidarmi a loro per la sostituzione del condizionatore: hanno soddisfatto a pieno le mie aspettative!! A few years ago I turned to R.E.T. Equipment to replace the heating boiler, the work was performed in a timely manner, precise and clean. After a few months the system had to be calibrated for a light whistle. Also in this case the intervention was perfect and performed very quickly !! The technical and administrative staff has always been courteous, discreet and helpful. For all these reasons I decided to trust them to replace the air conditioner: they have fully satisfied my expectations !!
