RISULTATO: sono andato via e acquistato la stessa auto da un concessionario vicino COGHi unprofessional and rude, the seller made me wait more than half an hour because he was busy minding his business on the phone with a friend of his as I also listened to the call .. RESULT: I went away and bought the same car from a dealer near COGHi

Purtroppo per motivi personali non potevo più prenderla e dopo solamente 2 GIORNI, ho avvisato il venditore telefonicamente e ho mandato una email specificando il motivo e il diritto di recesso. MI HANNO RISPOSTO DOPO UN MESE DICENDOMI CHE NON MI AVREBBERO RESTITUITO PROPRIO NIENTE!! VERGOGNATEVI I bought a car at this dealership (a company car already present at the headquarters) and I also paid a deposit. Unfortunately for personal reasons I could no longer take it and after only 2 DAYS, I notified the seller by phone and sent an email specifying the reason and the right of withdrawal. THEY REPLY ME AFTER A MONTH TELLING ME THAT THEY WOULD NOT RETURN ANYTHING !! SHAME ON YOU

Chiamo risponde "Alessandro Barile" in due telefonate di tre minuti ciascuna concludiamo l'accordo, mi manda il contratto, effettuo il bonifico, concordiamo il ritiro.. . Arrivo in aeroporto, Alessandro "Persona Squisita" mi viene a prendere in auto, arriviamo in concessionaria mi spiega tutto sulla macchina e ritorno a casa. Hanno ampiamente meritato la fiducia riposta. Consigliatissimi.
