★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ho trovato tanto piu' caro rispetto ad altri Istallatori. Politica commerciale non mi e' piaciuta. Mi sono rivolto altrove, risparmiando e trovando proposte e soluzioni adeguate.
Mi dispiace per Mitsubishi, ma finche' l'assistenza di zona sara' loro, io ci staro' lontano.
Esperienza di un privato per clima a casa.

Il signor Fabrizio è venuto per un intervento in garanzia Mitsubishi e con professionalità e pazienza (è stato quasi 3 ore a lavorare) mi ha individuato e risolto un problema che chi mi ha installato i climatizzatori non mi aveva né individuato né risolto (facendo un intervento di 5 minuti concludendo che era tutto apposto).
Per fortuna ci sono ancora persone che lavorano in maniera professionale e mettendo al primo posto il cliente. Mi dispiace solo di non essermi affidata a lui per l'installazione dei climatizzatori ,il risparmio non è mai guadagno.
I recommend to everyone the R.C. Refrigerations. Mr. Fabrizio came for an intervention under the Mitsubishi warranty and with professionalism and patience (it was almost 3 hours to work) he identified and solved a problem that those who installed the air conditioners for me had neither identified nor solved (doing an intervention 5 minutes, concluding that everything was fine).
Fortunately, there are still people who work professionally and put the customer first. I am only sorry that I did not rely on him for the installation of air conditioners, saving is never a profit.
