★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato in assistenza un telefono LG che mi hanno passato in garanzia, hanno offerto un servizio molto professionale. Ovviamente è un punto di assistenza LG, io ho portato il telefono ma da come noterete all'interno lavorano per lo più con TV. In ogni caso hanno preso il telefono lo hanno spedito indietro, riparato e tornato, tutto nel giro di 2 settimane.
I brought in an LG phone that they gave me under warranty, they offered a very professional service. Obviously it is an LG service point, I brought the phone but as you will notice inside they work mostly with TV. In any case they took the phone and shipped it back, repaired and returned, all within 2 weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E un po' che sto' aspettando che riparino il decoder che ha funzionato solo 10 giorni e da Euronics mi hanno mandato in centro assistenza per ripararlo spedito in azienda già da due mesi non si sa' più nulla poi mi ha chiamato l'Euronics e mi ha sostituito il decoder difettoso con uno nuovo ragazzo gentilissimo di nome Paolo.
Di recente ho avuto un mal funzionamento di un decoder digitale terrestre ormai passati diversi mesi da quando l'ho acquistato e l'ho portato da Quondam e questa volta in meno di 15 giorni lo ha riparato ottimo lavoro grazie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi di riparazione esorbitanti e ingiustificati. Riparazione di un televisore (senza sostituzione di alcun pezzo a 150€!!!). Poi, se portil il televisore per riparazione e non accetti il preventivo sei costretto a pagare... è vero che questa è una politica che adottano in molti ma in questo negozio il prezzo del preventivo varia a seconda delle dimensioni del televisore!!!! Ma mi chiedo come possano influire le dimensioni del televisore sul costo (peraltro secondo me ESAGERATO!) del preventivo! Sconsigliatissimo dal mio punto di vista
