Ho portato piu volte la mia macchina da caffe automatica saeco e per due volte nn aveva niente perche era solo un problema di programmazione e me l hanno riconsegnata senza nessun addebito. Adesso hanno la mia piena fiducia e ogni volta che ho bisogno vado ad occhi chiusi. Grazie mille.
Great kind and professional assistance center, but above all very honest. I brought my saeco automatic coffee machine several times and twice it had nothing because it was just a programming problem and they returned it to me at no charge. Now they have my full confidence and every time I need I go with my eyes closed. Thanks so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo centro assistenza. Ho portato il mio tv LG in un altro negozio e mi era stato detto che dovevo sostituire la scheda video. Non convinto, l'ho portato da loro e con la loro onestà e professionalità mi hanno detto che era solo ossidata e si poteva aggiustare.
Excellent service center. I took my LG TV to another store and was told I had to replace the video card. Not convinced, I brought it to them and with their honesty and professionalism they told me that it was only oxidized and could be fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato a ridosso del ferragosto per la riparazione di un TV di grandi dimensioni. Mi hanno dato subito la disponibilità per venire a prendere la TV (ovviamente a mie spese) e sono stati celeri nella riparazione. Serietà e professionalità ad alti livelli.
I called close to mid-August to have a large TV repaired. They immediately gave me the availability to come and get the TV (obviously at my expense) and were quick in the repair. Reliability and professionalism at high levels.
