o	ortensia rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ chiamo per una visita allergologica. Mi chiedono il numero dicendomi "la richiamiamo tra un minutino". Sono passati 7 giorni, nessuno mi ha richiamato, ho provato a richiamare io e non mi ha rispost nessuno, ho lasciato dei messaggi con il mio numero e non sono stata richiamata. Ho chiamato il centralino e fatto presente il problema chiedendo se potessero aiutarmi. Sono stata trattata in modi che mi hanno lasciata a bocca aperta, per l'aggressività e la mancanza di rispetto. Oltretutto mi hanno detto che se nessuno mi richiama, evidentemente è perchè NON SI SA se il professore fa o meno quel tipo di prove allergiche. Ho osservato che questo problema si può risolvere chiedendoglielo, così lui risponderà o di si o di no. Mi hannno risposto in modi tali (invece di scusarsi che il minutino dura da una settimana nessuno mi risponde nessuno mi richiama), che ho osservato che sinceramente trovo impensabile andare a portare dei soldi ad una clinica per essere aggredita con tali modi. MI hanno risposto, con fare sarcastico e provocatorio "ah, ecco, va bene, arrivederci". ed infatti, così ho fatto, perchè portare soldi ad una clinica privata per essere trattati con tanta maleducazione (a parte i disservizi) è l'ultima cosa che penso di fare. E non è la priva volta. Essere dei pazienti non signfica essere gente da trattare a pesci in faccia. I call for an allergy visit. They ask me for my number saying "we'll call you back in a minute". I have observed that this problem can be solved by asking him, so he will answer either yes or no. They answered me in such ways (instead of apologizing that the minute has lasted for a week no one answers me no one calls me back), that I have observed that I honestly find it unthinkable to go and take money to a clinic to be attacked in such ways. They replied, sarcastically and provocatively, "ah, here, okay, goodbye". and in fact, so I did, because bringing money to a private clinic to be treated with such rudeness (apart from inefficiencies) is the last thing I think of doing. And it is not the first time. Being a patient does not mean being a piss-in-the-face people.

Ringrazio entrambi per l'impegno, la costanza e la serietà con la quale hanno seguito la Mamma. Un grazie speciale va al reparto di terapia intensiva, al Caposala Emiliano e a tutta la sua squadra di infermieri del terzo piano. Alessandro Caprio e la dottoressa Natascia Bovenga unitamente a tutto il personale paramedico. La struttura è validissima con un'ottima assistenza pre e post operatoria. Alessandro V. Personale medico ottimo tranne le segretarie delle varie sezioni mediche che non sanno quanto siano fortunate a lavorare e dovrebbero sorridere. They took me in with a quickly scheduled appointment that was very professional and the staff were wonderful despite the language barrier. I just went through the reconstruction surgery and the orthopedic surgeon was very understanding, comforting, professional, and accommodating. The staff were all very friendly and those that spoke English comforted me as best they could verbally along with physically. The staff that spoke little English comforted me as best they could physically while also teaching me Italian words along the way. All in all, it was a very professional and accommodating procedure and the facilities were very clean and organized. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a torn ACL!
