Prima posti esauriti poi malgrado risultassero appuntamenti liberi il sistema non faceva accedere all'ultimo step. Provato a chiamare 2 volte personale frettoloso e immediatamente pronto ad affermare che i pacchetti erano finiti. Scritta mail mi rispondono che 100 fortunate sono riuscite ad usufruirne e danno prova di non conoscere neanche il termine della loro stessa promozione che nel frattempo era stata prorogata fino al 14 maggio. R	Roby X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera per quanto mi riguarda non è stata affatto una buona esperienza,sono andata per un esame,non è stato valutato nel giusto modo,con molta durezza e scortesia,anche avendo ragione si deve essere cordiali,mai sgradevoli,ho trovato personale di segreteria inadeguato e scortese, mammografia non fatta proprio al massimo, quindi non consiglio questo posto, è stato un caso essere stata qui,non succederà piu Good evening for me it was not a good experience at all, I went for an exam, it was not evaluated in the right way, with a lot of harshness and rudeness, even if you are right you have to be friendly, never unpleasant, I found inadequate secretarial staff and rude, mammogram not really done at best, so I don't recommend this place, it was a coincidence that I was here, it won't happen again

Numerosi e ben qualificati specialisti, ottime le attrezzature e l'organizzazione dei vari ambulatori, accoglienza eccellente. Molto qualitativa l'attività operatoria. Convenzionata con numerosissimi soggetti: CRAL, assicurazioni, fondi integrativi anche in assistenza diretta. Dotata di parcheggio interno a pagamento. Excellent health facility specialized in breast and gynecology, inside the Villa Mafalda clinic, where she recently moved. La signora che ha preso la chiamata mi ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto parlare anche con la senologa per avere un parere in più. Non ho capito se avrei dovuto pagare o meno questo servizio non richiesto ma ringrazio e confermo appuntamento. Arrivo e dopo l'accettazione di routine mi viene dato il numeretto. Strano, sul biglietto c'è scritto "prima visita e consulenza" quando io devo fare una risonanza magnetica. Passata un'ora dal mio appuntamento (evidentemente erano in ritardo) chiedo incuriosita in accettazione e mi dicono che io ho segnato solo la consulenza, non la risonanza magnetica. Però capiscono il problema e subito si organizzano per farmela fare lo stesso. Dopo un'altra mezz'ora. Ok aspetto, ormai ci sono. Ho già perso molto tempo, di sabato, come chiunque lavora tutto il giorno durante la settimana e avrebbe piacere anche di stare con i figli nel weekend. Niente, di minuti non ne passano 30 bensì 70 , così dopo due ore e passa dall'orario del mio appuntamento decido di andare via. I problemi ci possono essere per carità, e magari c'è stata anche la buona fede delle operatrici. Però esperienza NEGATIVA in toto I book an MRI and am given a fairly short-term appointment. I did not understand if I should have paid for this unsolicited service but I thank you and confirm the appointment. I arrive and after the routine acceptance I am given the number. Strange, on the card it says "first visit and consultation" when I have an MRI scan. After an hour from my appointment (evidently they were late) I ask curiously in admission and they tell me that I have only marked the consultation, not the magnetic resonance. But they understand the problem and immediately organize to make me do the same. After another half hour. Ok wait, now I'm there. I have already wasted a lot of time, on Saturdays, as anyone works all day during the week and would also like to be with the children on the weekend. Nothing, not 30 minutes pass but 70 minutes, so after two hours and the time of my appointment passes, I decide to leave. There may be problems for charity, and maybe there was also the good faith of the operators. But NEGATIVE experience in its entirety
