I sorsi, assaporati lentamente, hanno sorpreso i miei sensi, davvero, riuscendo ad emozionare la mia mente in un modo inatteso, nuovo e singolare: le percezioni olfattive e gustative sentite vanno ben oltre quelle enunciate nelle schede tecniche, arricchite come sono da una qualità unica, la magia... Che io ho percepita in un vino superbo, elegante e raffinato ad un tempo. Non oso pensare cosa sarà il Taurasi Vigna Quintodecimo 2004 che ho appena comprato!... I have just finished tasting a 2011 Terra d'Eclano. I really have no words to describe the sensations that that wine gave me! The sips, savored slowly, surprised my senses, indeed, managing to excite my mind in an unexpected, new and singular way: the olfactory and gustatory perceptions felt go well beyond those set out in the technical sheets, enriched as they are by a quality unique, magic ... Which I perceived in a superb wine, elegant and refined at the same time. I don't dare to think what the 2004 Taurasi Vigna Quintodecimo will be, which I just bought! ...

Il professore e la famiglia non erano presenti, ma il dott. I. che mi ha guidata lungo il percorso mi ha entusiasmata per la passione e la competenza con cui ha esposto il progetto aziendale. Lo consiglio a tutti. Intrigued by the book and by the stories on Moio family I decided to visit the company Fifth Tenth. The professor and his family were not present, but Dr. I. who guided along the way has excited me me for the passion and the competence with which he exposed the company's project. I recommend it to everybody.

La visita in cantina, accompagnati da Rosa, è stata un viaggio attraverso il sogno del professor Moio, che subito dopo ci ha emozionati durante la degustazione, attraverso alcuni spunti tecnici e leggendoci un piccolo passo tratto dal suo libro. Ottimi il Fiano ed il Greco, eccezionali l'Aglianico e il Taurasi Grande Cerzito. The demonstration that excellence is the product of the passion transmitted through careful and meticulous work. The visit to the cellar, accompanied by Rosa, was a journey through the dream of Professor Moio, who immediately afterwards excited us during the tasting, through some technical ideas and reading a small step taken from his book. Excellent Fiano and Greco, exceptional Aglianico and Taurasi Grande Cerzito.

Situati nell'areale del Taurasi, 3 rossi e 3 bianchi conducono gli amanti del vino in un viaggio estasiante, fatto di sapere e perizia. Non è solo una visita in cantina ma un viaggio nella Storia della viticoltura. The idea of perfection applied to wine production. The Quintorecimo estate is inspired by the French chateaux, where house and cellar merge immersed in the vineyard. Professor Luigi Moio and his wife have been able to create a place of contemplation and learning of enology. Located in the Taurasi area, 3 red and 3 white wines lead wine lovers on an entrancing journey, made of knowledge and expertise. It is not just a visit to the cellar but a journey through the history of viticulture.

Very organized, clean! Michele showed us the cellars and was kind, hospitable and very professional in explaining the various stages of the pressing to the fermentation of the wine! Siamo stati fortunati perché ci ha accolti calorosamente il prof. Luigi MOIO in persona e dal suo collaboratore Simone. Il tour è durato circa un’ora dove il prof. ci ha raccontato la storia dell’azienda, rispondendo ben volentieri alle ns. domande di curiosità. Poi siamo passati alla degustazione, delizia per l’olfatto e per il palato, prima i 3 bianchi in ordine #ViaDelCampo Falanghina, #Exultet Fiano di Avellino e #GiallodArles Greco di Tufo Poi siamo passati a 2 grandi Rossi il Terrà d’Eclano è il Taurasi Riserva Grande Cerzito dal crù di 1 ettaro sul versante sud della tenuta. Vini perfetti, nitidi, precisi, armonia piena con una lunga self-life. Consigliatissimi tutti. Chapeau ??? MERUM CARMEN TELLURIS ELATUM The Quintodecimo winery is surrounded by the Aglianico vineyards, located on a hill of Mirabella Eclano not far from Taurasi. We were lucky because prof. Luigi MOIO in person and by his collaborator Simone. The tour lasted about an hour where prof. he told us the story of the company, willingly responding to our curiosity questions. Then we moved on to tasting, a delight for the nose and the palate, first the 3 whites in order #ViaDelCampo Falanghina, #Exultet Fiano di Avellino and #GiallodArles Greco di Tufo Then we moved on to 2 great Reds, the Terrà d’Eclano and the Taurasi Riserva Grande Cerzito with a cru of 1 hectare on the southern side of the estate. Perfect, clear, precise wines, full harmony with a long self-life. All highly recommended. Chapeau ???
