Ricordo momenti felici a bere tutti insieme “greco musc” (Aciniello). Ricordo con un gran sorriso in estate tavolate a fine pasto a bere freschissimo del Taurasi accompagnato alla frutta a mo’ di Sangria. ? Excellent wine. I like both red but even more white. Pleasant on the palate and ideal to accompany the sumptuous meals of the Taurasina cuisine. I remember happy moments drinking together "Greek musc" (Aciniello). I remember with a big smile in the summer tables at the end of the meal drinking the freshest of Taurasi accompanied by fruit like Sangria. ?
M	Massimo Rucci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto questa cantina grazie al passaparola di amici che ne hanno degustato il vino e che mi hanno incuriosito sul lavoro conservativo effettuato su alcuni vitigni autoctoni come il Roviello Bianco chiamato Grecomusc, che sarebbe andato perduto e sostituito da vigne più commerciali se non salvato dai fratelli Addimanda: Gianluigi, Franco ed Olga, che ci hanno accolto con una visita al vigneto che conserva ceppi di vite secolari con tronco a Starseta, cioè avvinghiati ad alberi da frutta come i ciliegi e che si diramano per decine di metri. Bella la mattinata trascorsa nel vigneto con la descrizione di ogni fase della produzione. Dopo la visita la signora Olga ha insistito per farci assaggiare il vino bianco aciniell accompagnato da taralli e caciocavallo. Il TAURASI ha persino rivevuto riconoscimento dal DECANTER, ma merita altrettanta attenzione il bianco ACINIELL! Belle le confezioni che si possono anche prenotare on line! Consiglio!!
