Ieri sera attendo mezz'ora un appuntamento già fissato da tempo nella loro hall oltretutto ghiacciata.. nessuno nell'arco della mezz'ora esce a dirmi qualcosa tipo se devo attendere un altro po'. ... l'appuntamento era alle ore 20.00, arrivo dieci minuti prima e alle 20.20 sono ancora là . e sarei rimasta la ancora un bel po' se non mi fossi affacciata a chiedere io.. ma sono stata "scaricata "con sono da sola se vuoi vieni domani.. magari un sms una chiamata prima se ci fossero stati problemi.. credo avrei avuto il diritto di averla o no? giusto per correttezza verso un cliente abbastanza abituale. l'abilità sta proprio nel sapersi mantenere la clientela ma ho avuto proprio la percezione non solo di essere scaricata ma di non volermi tra i piedi .... proprio brutto . Ovviamente la Direzione tace sull'accaduto
