★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signora ha provato a togliermi il gel dalle unghie usando l'acetone. Quando le ho riferito che SOLITAMENTE si usa la fresa, ha preso il macchinario e ha "provato". Non lo sa usare. Mi ha poi tagliato le unghie con il trancino. Risultato: unghie distrutte. Mi ha messo lo smalto in una sola unghia ( inguardabile),per "fare una prova" o per dirla con le sue parole " vedere come viene" perché non è riuscita a rimuovere la base in gel che avevo.
Ha persino voluto essere pagata.

The lady tried to get the gel off my nails using acetone. When I told her that the cutter is USUALLY used, she took the machine and "tried". He doesn't know how to use it. He then cut my nails with the cutter. Result: destroyed nails. She put the nail polish on only one nail (unwatchable), to "give it a try" or to put it in her own words "see how it looks" because she couldn't remove the gel base I had.
She even wanted to get paid.
NEVER AGAIN.
