★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto da evitare! Mi hanno fatto attendere 30 minuti. Avevo comprato 5 depilazioni con la vecchia gestione e la nuova gestione nn me le ha accettate pur mostrando la ricevuta d'acquisto. Mi hanno mandata a casa senza scrupoli. Non ci sanno fare con i clienti e sono scortesi.
 Place to avoid! They made me wait 30 minutes. I had bought 5 depilations with the old management and the new management did not accept them while showing the purchase receipt. They sent me home unscrupulously. They don't know how to deal with customers and are rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le ragazze sono gentilissime e puntuali, il posto è pulito e ordinato. Dalle recensioni sopra noto che c'è stato un cambio di gestione, quindi quelle negative potrebbero riferirsi alla gestione precedente. Sono andata ieri a fare ceretta total body e me l'hanno fatta bene, garantisco la serietà del posto.
The girls are very kind and punctual, the place is clean and tidy. From the reviews above I know that there has been a change in management, so the negative ones could refer to the previous management. I went yesterday to do total body waxing and they did it well, I guarantee the seriousness of the place.

Ho acquistato tramite Groupon il pacchetto ceretta Total Body e questo è il mio riscontro: Tempo impiegato 15 minuti, cera ustinante, depilazione imprecisa, insoddisfacente e poco curata. Le sopracciglia e l'inguine un vero disastro e pensare che ho altre due sedute......ma sinceramente non voglio tornarci più.
I confirm all the negative feedback on this center, I found myself really bad. I purchased the Total Body waxing package through Groupon and this is my response: Time taken 15 minutes, wax waxing, imprecise, unsatisfactory and poorly treated hair removal. The eyebrows and groin are a real disaster and to think that I have two more sessions ...... but honestly I don't want to go back anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potevano benissimo chiamare per avvisare che un secondo coupon non era utilizzabile, visto che avevo prenotato con mail telefono e coupon! Ed era il 4 che usavo con loro ( e le altre volte mai detto nulla, neppure avvisata!!) ! Bello il giochetto di dire beh se vuole la ceretta la facciamo ma la deve pagare, dopo esser arrivata lì e aver perso 2 ore.
No grazie, chiedo il rimborso e vado dall' estetista spettacolare sotto casa!!

They might well call to warn that a second coupon was not usable, since I had booked through telephone and mail coupons! And it was the fourth that I used with them (and sometimes never said anything, not even warned !!)! Nice the trick of saying well if you want waxing we do it but you have to pay, after having arrived there and having lost 2 hours.
No thanks, I ask refund and go from 'spectacular beautician downstairs !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gentilezza fa da padrona, ma purtroppo da un centro estetico ci si aspetterebbe maggiore ordine e pulizia. Con un po' più di attenzione, potrebbe sicuramente incrementare il numero di clienti.

I went for the eyelash extensions, the staff is very friendly but it was not one of my best experiences as the effect is very little noticeable.

Prenotazione fatta online, mi chiamano per spostare ad orari a me non congeniali e per tutta risposta addebitano il servizio!
