β β β β β Excellent local produce. The cheese, pear and walnut salad was superb, as was the rabbit & polenta and the ricotta gnocchi were a fabulous variation.

β β β β β While most of their dishes are good enough to send you home happy, Quin's unique speciality -Tortelli Cremaschi is what truly sets them apart. The stuffed pasta has scrumptious filling consists of cocoa amaretti called Amaretti Gallina, Marsala wine, raisins, I detected a hint of nutmeg or was it mint.? and probably more amazing fillings that the chef would like to keep it as a secret. The unusual combination of sweet and savoury flavours is what makes them so desirable. I could not get enough of it, I was rather glad that my dining partner did not favour it, there is no need to share?. However we did fight over the Antipasti: Tartina salmone e Burrata di Buffala. It was downright tasty and ingredients were fresh. Service: Fast, warm and friendly. Cozy outdoor dining and the establishment is rather large inside as well. Like most restaurants in Crema, their opening days and times differs, best check on their website beforehand.
