Unfortunately I have to give this shop a star, not so much for the items which are of good quality and with fair prices but for one of the two orders who is really rude and who seems to be doing you a favor by serving you .....

Molto maleducata e piena di sé che mette a disagio cliente con commenti poco pertinenti. I would say that one star is too much ... not so much for the goods as for the order. Very rude and full of self who makes customer uncomfortable with irrelevant comments.
