★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono una cliente abituale del negozio e appena posso passo ad acquistare qualche articolo di tendenza ad un buon prezzo. Mi dispiace mettere una stella ma purtroppo c'è un grave problema col personale. Posso capire che vige la modalità di vendita self service ma non tutto il personale sa rapportarsi con i clienti. Per fare un esempio oggi mi sono permessa educatamente di chiedere un'informazione a due ragazze in cassa ed oltre ad avermi guardato seccate per averle interrotte e non avermi salutata (ero l'unica cliente in negozio), mi hanno trattato con sufficienza e al termine della 'brusca' interazione hanno continuato come se nulla fosse, senza né ringraziare né salutare. Ciao, prego e grazie sono le basi di questo lavoro.
 I am a regular customer of the store and as soon as I can I buy some trendy items at a good price. I'm sorry to put a star but unfortunately there is a serious problem with the staff. I can understand that self-service sales are in force, but not all staff know how to relate to customers. To give an example, today I politely allowed myself to ask two girls at the cashier for information and in addition to looking at me annoyed for interrupting them and not greeting me (I was the only customer in the shop), they treated me with disdain and at the end of the 'abrupt' interaction they continued as if nothing had happened, without either thanking or saying goodbye. Hello, please and thank you are the basis of this work.

Non chiedo una assistenza solo che se magari ti faccio una domanda e la faccio gentilmente e cerco sempre di aiutare magari almeno mi aspetto una risposta non delle occhiatacce
Cioè ho fatto una domanda e quella mia ha solo fatto un cenno come risposta
Nothing to say about bershka but he did not think that some salespeople can be called kind
I do not ask for assistance only if maybe I ask you a question and I ask it kindly and I always try to help maybe at least I expect an answer not a dirty look
