Mi telefonano che è arrivata ma quando la vado a ritirare dove c e il prezzo è segnata una taglia ma l etichetta della maglietta ne riporta un altra .Nell ordinare una nuova maglietta chiedo uno sconto dato che ho fatto circa 100 km per ritirarla MA NON MI VIENE CONCESSO.Non hanno un ufficio reclami ,la responsabile è irreperibile. OCCHIO SONO FURBI
Bad shop, unprepared staff. I was given a t-shirt as a gift I go to change it but there is no size, patience I choose another model, but it is not the size, I have it ordered. They call me that it has arrived but when I go to collect it where the price is marked a size but the label of the t-shirt shows another one. GRANTED They do not have a complaints office, the manager is unavailable. EYE ARE CRAZY

Non c'è stato alcun problema e anche senza scontrino in 5 minuti abbiamo fatto il cambio con altra merce.una menzione particolare ad Anna,addetta alle vendite, professionalmente preparata e particolarmente cortese.
I asked to replace a T-shirt I bought about 3 weeks ago because at the first wash the blue pocket left the color down. There was no problem and even without a receipt in 5 minutes we made the change with other goods. A special mention to Anna, a sales person, professionally prepared and particularly courteous.
