A dicembre ho speso 650 euro SOLO di manodopera senza contare i nuovi pezzi comprati, per un problema che si e' ripresentato ad aprile (dopo 650 km). Mi ha chiesto altri soldi e il problema non solo non lo ha risolto ma ho dovuto firmare un foglio con lo scarico di responsabilita'. Assolutamente insoddisfatta
Person polite but did not solve the problem! In December I spent 650 euros ONLY for manpower not counting the new pieces bought, for a problem that occurred again in April (after 650 km). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno ammesso che il lavoro non era in linea con quanto pattuito , tanto che hanno dovuto ripristinare per meta' quanto avevano fatto. ( E non aggiungo altro).
Nonostante questo , il tempo e i soldi spesi ,non ho ricevuto nemmeno scuse di circostanza quasi offesi dalle mie palesi accuse di poca professionalità.
They admitted that the work was not in line with what was agreed, so much so that they had to restore half of what they had done. (And I don't add anything else).
Despite this, the time and money spent, I have not even received any occasional apology, almost offended by my blatant accusations of lack of professionalism.
