★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are good mechanics but are slow, sloppy, and unprofessional. ( i.e. my €1.5K invoice consisted of a few scribblings on a piece of paper) Many things I paid them to fix on my Land Rover Defender were done incorrectly. That being said the engine repairs seem to have worked well, but a poor job was done with interior parts installation, body, work, and upholstery. Some things I paid him to do I think he just forgot about. Bottom line some things were done well and some things were not. Ultimately I think the problem is that the owner is too old to ensure that his employees and the guys he contracts out body work do a good job. If you go to these guys be prepared to be ripped off a little despite tough negotiating and make sure you have the ability to check their work afterwards as they tend to cut corners. Unfortunately, I don’t know of a place that is better or speaks English. Naples has a culture of sloppy work, and up charging foreigners it just goes with the territory.
