★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto efficienti e gentili, ho aspettato mezz'ora nonostante l' appuntamento preso on line, ma devo dire che l'attesa (nei posti pubblici è sempre da considerare) è stata ricompensata dalla loro disponibilità ed efficienza. Suggerisco di mettere un cartello x informare l'utente che verrà chiamato x il disbrigo della pratica, altrimenti si prende il numero( solo x il ritiro) e si crea confusione

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fare il passaporto velocissimo,ma ritirarlo pessima gestione.Stesso ufficio piccolo,senza poter prendere appuntamento, fare la fila anche stando fuori e dentro, alla faccia del Covid, con con cartelli massimo 3 persone una decina ,finestre e porta chiuse. Solo 2 persone a gestire tutto.Se lo avessi saputo me lo sarei fatto spedire a casa!!!
Making a passport very fast, but withdrawing it bad management Same small office, without being able to make an appointment, queuing even while standing outside and inside, in spite of Covid, with signs of up to 3 people a dozen, windows and doors closed. Praticamente non ci sono tempi di attesa, si puo' prenotare online e avere un appuntamento a brevissimo (il giorno dopo in questo periodo !) è possibile chiedere che il passaporto sia spedito a casa e se avete un'emergenza è possibile indicarlo in fase di prenotazione. Un Ufficio che funziona, bravi.

Dopo bruttissime esperienze in Prefettura, con tempistiche lunghissime, personale poco disponibile e buricrazia infinita...sono rimasta positivamente impressionata dalla cortesia e dalla velocità del personale della Questura Ufficio Passaporti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducazione e indisponenza inaccettabili, da parte di chi dovrebbe essere al servizio del cittadino, in quanto pagato dal cittadino stesso.
Ci possono essere errori e mancanze nella presentazione dei documenti necessari al rinnovo del passaporto, in quanto esseri umani, si può sbagliare, ma non è tollerabile in alcun modo che chi lavora al servizio del cittadino non abbia i fondamenti dell'educazione, anzi si ponga con tono arrogante e ineducato. Ripeto: lo stipendio di queste persone è pagato dai cittadini, non viceversa.

Nonostante avessi la Fototessera con le misure sbagliate, mi hanno dato la possibilità di tornare più tardi con le nuove foto (consiglio Foto Digital Discount a Como! 13 minuti di distanza dall’ufficio passaporti). Meno di cinque minuti per rinnovare il passaporto.
Fast, helpful and kind staff! Although I had the passport photo with the wrong measurements, they gave me the opportunity to come back later with the new photos (I recommend Foto Digital Discount in Como! 13 minutes away from the passport office). Less than five minutes to renew your passport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina sono andato a richiedere il passaporto, pensavo di avere l'appuntamento per oggi, ma ho sbagliato, e lo avrò tra due settimane.
Detto questo e sottolineando di avere sbagliato, non trovo il motivo per il quale l'operatore ( una signora di mezza eta, con capelli ricci corti e occhiali) debba rispondermi con maleducazione e mancanza di rispetto quando io sono stato gentile, chiedendogli semplicemente se potessi farlo lo stesso.
Fare parte di un corpo di polizia non le da il diritto di mancare di rispetto a noi civili ( che pagando le tasse, sostentiamo anche il vostro stipendio) e trattarli con arroganza. Si dovrebbe vergognare e fare un bagno di umiltà.
Spero di riavere l'appuntamento con lei per poterle dire questo di persona.

This morning I went to apply for my passport, I thought I had an appointment for today, but I was wrong, and I will have it in two weeks.
Having said that and pointing out that I was wrong, I do not find the reason why the operator (a middle-aged lady, with short curly hair and glasses) should answer me with rudeness and disrespect when I have been nice, simply asking him if I could do it anyway.
Being part of a police force does not give them the right to disrespect us civilians (who pay taxes, we also support your salary) and treat them with arrogance. One should be ashamed and take a bath of humility.
I hope to have an appointment with you again so that I can tell you this in person.
