UN'IMPIEGATA DELL'UFFICIO LE DICE CHE IL DOCUMENTO E' PRONTO DOPO L' 8 FEBBRAIO. OGGI 13 FEBBRAIO MI RECO CON LA DELEGA PER IL RITIRO E MI DICONO CHE SARA' PRONTO LA SETTIMANA PROSSIMA. SARA' VERO??? ORA MI DOMANDO E DICO: COSA CI VUOLE A FARE UN PASSAPORTO????? VERO,TANTE PERSONE DEVONO FARLO,MA QUANTI IMPIEGATI LAVORANO (SI FA PER DIRE) PER QUESTA OPERAZIONE? DIAMO IL REDDITO DI CITTADINANZA A PERSONE CHE STANNO STRAVACCATE SULLE POLTRONE? BENE,PERCHE' NON VENGONO UTILIZZATE PER SCOPI COME QUESTO?? VERGOGNATEVI!!! AN ITALIAN SHAME. JANUARY 24TH MY WIFE PRESENTS ALL THE DOCUMENTATION TO MAKE A PASSPORT. AN OFFICIAL OF THE OFFICE TELLS HER THAT THE DOCUMENT IS READY AFTER FEBRUARY 8. TODAY FEBRUARY 13 I GO WITH THE DELEGATION FOR THE WITHDRAWAL AND TELL ME THAT THE NEXT WEEK WILL BE READY. WILL IT BE TRUE ??? NOW I ASK AND I SAY: WHAT DOES IT NEED TO MAKE A PASSPORT ????? TRUE, MANY PEOPLE HAVE TO DO IT, BUT HOW MANY EMPLOYEES WORK (IS TO SAY) FOR THIS OPERATION? DO WE GIVE CITIZENSHIP INCOME TO PEOPLE WHO ARE SPLASHING ON ARMCHAIRS? L	Loredana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivo all’estero e mi sono presentata all’ufficio per ricevere una procedura d’urgenza del passaporto, visto che al consolato dove vivo non lavorano e io ho un viaggio intercontinentale a distanza di poche settimane dalla richiesta. Sono dovuta tornare in Italia dopo aver combattuto per avere un incontro al consolato e quando il lavoro me l’ha permesso. Mi hanno rifiutato la procedura d’urgenza nonostante abbia presentato copia del biglietto aereo con data prossima, dicendomi che potevo richiederla solo per motivi di salute o lavoro e che la mia copia del volo non serviva a nulla! Ho insistito, ma una certa Maria che lavora lì dentro è stata maleducata e assolutamente non professionale, in quanto la richiesta urgente può essere richiesta anche in caso di viaggio nello stesso mese della richiesta e con la copia del biglietto aereo(come scritto sul sito della polizia di stato). Ora rischio di perdere il mio viaggio che ho pagato con il mio sudore, solo per l’incompetenza di questa persona. Persone del genere che dovrebbero ringraziare di avere un lavoro e io che ho dovuto studiare ed emigrare per poter lavorare... Vergogna! I insisted, but a certain Maria who works in there was rude and absolutely unprofessional, as the urgent request can also be requested in case of travel in the same month as the request and with a copy of the plane ticket (as written on the website of the State Police). Now I risk losing my trip that I paid for with my sweat, just for the incompetence of this person. People like that who should be thanked for having a job and me who had to study and emigrate to be able to work ... Shame!
m	manuel pepe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oltre a richiamare per un ora in attesa che rispondano finalmente quando riesci a contattarli ti rispondono come se stessero andando al patibolo chiedi informazioni di una certa urgenza e ribattono con arroganza e una squallida satira che solo l l'operatore capisce. Alla fine della telefonata ovviamente il problema non risulta risolto le informazioni non date. L'italia che non funziona spiegata graficamente. If you want to understand exactly how little your life is worth, compared to that of the parasites inexplicably placed to do that job, this is the place for you. Italy that doesn't work explained graphically.

Dopo due settimane notano che manca una firma e mi chiamano. Il giorno dopo vado a firmare. Torno il giorno in cui dovevano consegnarmi il passaporto inizialmente e mi dicono "dato che mancava la firma devi aspettare altri 20 giorni". Io non capisco come sia possibile che dopo due settimane notano la firma mancante, gliela metti il giorno dopo e bisogna aspettare altri 20 GIORNI?!!!!!! INDECENTE! Ma che servizio è?!!!!!! E i soldi del viaggio a cui devo rinunciare, chi me li da? Da denuncia! Ah no è la questura, loro ci ridono su. Il colmo sta che nonostante abbia chiamato prima dell'orario di chiusura per avere ulteriori informazioni, mi hanno messo in attesa finché non è arrivato l'orario di chiusura e mi hanno attaccato il telefono in faccia. Sempre più sbalordito e sempre più convinto che andarsene dall'Italia è la cosa migliore da fare per tutti. Unfortunately I cannot put 0 stars. I come back the day they had to hand me the passport initially and they tell me "since there was no signature you have to wait another 20 days". I don't understand how it is possible that after two weeks they notice the missing signature, you put it on them the next day and you have to wait another 20 DAYS? !!!!!! INDECENT! But what service is it? !!!!!! And the money for the trip that I have to give up, who gives it to me? From complaint! Ah no, it's the police station, they laugh about it. The crowning glory is that although I called before closing time for more information, they put me on hold until closing time came and put the phone in my face.
