Ogni volta che ci devo andare ho l'ansia. Accompagno mio marito per i suoi documenti e purtroppo ci son stata diverse volte. Sgarbati e mal educati con chiunque. Ti trattano come fossi nessuno." Lavorano" come se ci stessero facendo un favore. Siamo persone non cose. La divisa non vi rende superiori. Male davvero male.

Every time I have to go there I have anxiety. I accompany my husband for his documents and unfortunately I have been there several times. Rude and ill-mannered to anyone. They treat you as if you were nobody. They "work" as if they were doing us a favor. We are people not things. The uniform does not make you superior. Bad really bad.
