★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena rinnovato oggi il passaggio. Attesa praticamente nulla (seguono gli orari delle prenotazioni), anzi sono entrata 10' prima. Chiamano loro, quindi non devi neanche annunciarti. La persona che mi ha servita è stata veramente gentilissima! L'unico problema è il dover prendere appuntamento con lo SPID o la CIE (non c'è altro modo se non sei over 70) , purtroppo non sempre funziona bene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente vergognoso questo sistema. 1) 40 min che sono in attesa per un passaporto per poi alla fine non avere nessuna risposta e riattaccarmi in faccia. 2) Prendere un appuntamento online per rinnovare il passaporto è impossibile. Non ci sono mai le date ed è da due mesi che ci provo. Com’è possibile e io devo partire a Luglio? Provate a mettere più disponibilità fino a 6 mesi se non di più cosicché una persona possa prenotare molto prima senza problemi e organizzarsi, d’altronde come fanno in tutti gli altri paesi del mondo. Cioè è veramente impossibile. Dovete cambiare sistema. Iniziate a mettere le disponibilità anche per luglio/agosto/ settembre/ ottobre ecc. già da adesso.. o perché non avete voglia di lavorare? L’Italia ancora arretrata come paese e poco competente.

Italy still backward as a country and not very competent.
