★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weekend a Ferrara...entro nel negozio per dare un'occhiata...trovo un paio di scarpe che mi piacciono un sacco ma purtroppo...non c'è il numero!!! Chiedo alla commessa se per caso in magazzino ci fosse il mio numero ma purtroppo...niente!! Con entusiasmo e gentilezza mi disse che avrebbe fatto il possibile per trovare una soluzione! Ha cercato nei negozi in Italia se c'era la scarpa che cercavo e me l'avrebbe spedita al negozio più vicino alla mia città. Fatalità un paio di scarpe si trovavano in un negozio a una ventina di km da dove abito. Ma non contenta ha chiamato il negozio per avere la conferma che realmente ci fossero, e me le ha fatte mettere da parte!!!!! In conclusione.... pazzesco!! Una gentilezza e una disponibilità che ultimamente vedo di rado!! Complimenti a "Quellogiusto" per la selezione del personale!! Da cliente dico.... assolutamente soddisfatto! E ora ho le mie clarks belle fiammanti!!! ????
 Weekend in Ferrara ... I go into the shop to have a look ... I find a pair of shoes that I like a lot but unfortunately ... there is no number !!! I ask the saleswoman if by chance there was my number in the warehouse but unfortunately ... nothing !! With enthusiasm and kindness he told me that he would do everything possible to find a solution! He looked in stores in Italy if there was the shoe I was looking for and he would send it to me to the store closest to my city. By chance a pair of shoes were in a shop about twenty kilometers from where I live. But not happy, she called the shop to confirm that they really were there, and made me put them aside !!!!! In conclusion .... crazy !! A kindness and availability that lately I rarely see !! Congratulations to "Quellogiusto" for the staff selection !! As a customer I say .... absolutely satisfied! And now I have my beautiful shiny clarks !!! ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here two yrs ago and just had to come back to Tiffany,cafe,ristorante in piazza municipal, 24 Ferrara. Our Capellaci were to die for. My mother is from this city and they were as good as hers if not better. Highly recommend. Visiting from Perth, Australia
