Non solo sono bravissimi professionisti del settore, ma sanno anche gestire imprevisti e problematiche varie con competenza e serietà (qualità rara e particolarmente apprezzata in tempi di emergenza sanitaria!). Consigliatissimi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ristrutturato l'intero appartamento: rifacimento impianto elettrico, ristrutturazione bagno con lavori di modifica scarichi idraulici, impianto climatizzazione, pavimenti e piastrelle del bagno e cucina, infissi esterni ed interni, piccola modifica muraria e dipintura. Hanno lavorato in modo eccellente su tutti i fronti. Ho apprezzato tantissimo la puntualità della consegna di fine lavori, addirittura un po' in anticipo, anche se in corso d'opera, come sempre, ci sono stati dei lavori non previsti come per esempio il muro da scrostare. Inoltre sempre in corso d'opera ho voluto aggiungere il rifacimento di un pavimento in camera che non era previsto. Per me era essenziale la puntualità della consegna dell'appartamento perchè dovevo lasciare il vecchio. I prezzi sono equi rispetto alla qualità dei materiali (che dipendono da quelli che avete scelto voi) e il lavoro professionale. Inoltre a conclusione dell'intervento non vi lasciano a terra in caso ci fosse bisogno di manutenzione e/o riparazioni varie. Rispondono sempre e velocemente nel caso abbiate bisogno.
Si, meglio prendere appuntamento e bisogna trovare dove è il posto che è un po' fuorimano, ma è davvero un problema?
I renovated the entire apartment: electrical system refurbishment, bathroom renovation with plumbing modification work, air conditioning, bathroom and kitchen floors and tiles, exterior and interior fixtures, small wall modification and painting. They worked excellently on all fronts. I really appreciated the punctuality of the delivery at the end of the works, even a little in advance, even if during the work, as always, there were some unexpected works such as for example the wall to peel off. Also during construction I wanted to add the remaking of a floor in the room that was not foreseen. For me the punctuality of the delivery of the apartment was essential because I had to leave the old man. The prices are fair compared to the quality of the materials (which depend on the ones you have chosen) and professional work. Furthermore, at the end of the intervention, they will not leave you on the ground in case of need for maintenance and / or various repairs. They always respond quickly if you need them.
Yes, better to make an appointment and you have to find where the place is which is a bit out of the way, but is it really a problem?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al momento di dover sostituire la cucina ho avuto bisogno di ristrutturare parzialmente la stanza, ho scoperto Quellidicasa.com cercando su google e viste le tante recensioni positive ho subito chiamato per un perventivo. Matteo è stato estremamente disponibile e competente, grazie al suo consiglio abbiamo scelto delle nuove piastrelle di qualità eccezionale, connubio perfetto tra i pavimenti pre esistenti e il nuovo mobilio acquistato. I lavori sono stati eseguiti rapidamente e in maniera impeccabile ma soprattutto nei tempi concordati che erano molto stretti. Il tutto completo di un servizio post vendita che difficilmente si trova altrove. Vi ringrazio ancora tanto per il lavoro svolto, peccato non avervi scoperto prima, ma ora non vi mollo più.

The works were carried out quickly and flawlessly but above all within the agreed times which were very tight. All complete with an after-sales service that is difficult to find elsewhere. I still thank you so much for the work done, too bad I didn't discover you before, but now I don't give up anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuti per un sopraluogo per la ristrutturazione del mio appartamento. Devo dire, il Sig Giancarlo, gentile, disponibile e all'apparenza preparato e professionale. Ho mandato via mail al sig Matteo dettaglio della piantina della casa con le richieste per il preventivo, che mi era stato promesso nel giro di qualche giorno. Non ottenendo alcun tipo di riscontro dopo 2 settimane ho chiamato e mi hanno fissato un incontro per illustrarmi il progetto, ma dalla telefonata ho capito che avevano considerato le richieste della mia mail solo parzialmente (non completa con tutti gli interventi che desideravo), quindi ho rimandato una seconda mail specificando che ero interessata a tutti i lavori scritti. Mi hanno risposto subito, annullando l'appuntamento appena preso asserendo di dover fare ulteriori analisi per presentarmi il preventivo e che mi avrebbero ricontattato per fissare un nuovo appuntamento. Morale sono passate ulteriori 3 settimane, con sollecito da parte mia sia via mail che con chiamate e messaggi WhatsApp ma il nulla ... Sono semplicemente spariti. Alla faccia della professionalità. Se il progetto era troppo complesso per la loro struttura potevano dirlo subito. Mi hanno fatto perdere un sacco di tempo

I emailed Mr. Matteo a detail of the plan of the house with the requests for the quote, which I had been promised within a few days. Not getting any kind of feedback after 2 weeks, I called and they arranged a meeting to illustrate the project, but from the phone call I realized that they had considered the requests of my email only partially (not complete with all the interventions I wanted), so I sent back a second email specifying that I was interested in all the written works. They replied immediately, canceling the appointment just made, claiming that they had to make further analyzes to present me with the quote and that they would contact me to make a new appointment. Moral, a further 3 weeks have passed, with a reminder from me both via email and with WhatsApp calls and messages but nothing ... They simply disappeared. In the face of professionalism. If the project was too complex for their structure they could tell right away. They wasted me a lot of time
