Ho contattato l'agenzia il 23 giugno per visionare un appartamento e sono stata subito ricontattata per fissare un appuntamento e nel giro di pochissimo ero già diventata la nuova inquilina. grazie alla disponibilità e professionalità delle persone che mi hanno seguita sono riuscita a trovare il mio appartamento in pochissimo tempo. Ringrazio per la prontezza di risposta e disponibilità e puntualità e per aver soddisfatto le mie richieste in poco tempo, cose non sempre riscontrabili quando vieni a contatto con Agenzie immobiliari. E' stato molto facile e veloce contattare l'agenzia e stipulare successivamente il contratto e sono stata seguita in tutti i passaggi. Nonostante abbia trovato l'appartamento tramite annunci su internet, devo ammettere che le foto corrispondevano esattamente con la realtà. Inoltre la gestione tra le parti (locatario e locatore) è gestita con molta professionalità. Insomma grazie a voi nel giro di 27 giorni ero già nel nuovo appartamento e non ho avuto sorprese spiacevoli! Hanno sempre risposto a tutte le mie domande e il che non è poco!

Despite having found the apartment through advertisements on the internet, I must admit that the photos corresponded exactly with reality. Furthermore, the management between the parties (lessee and lessor) is managed with great professionalism. In short, thanks to you, within 27 days I was already in the new apartment and I had no unpleasant surprises! They always answered all my questions and which is no small feat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza purtroppo per noi avendo contattato questa specie di agenzietta da quattro soldi condotta da una persona solo incompetente assolutamente che pur di prendere quei soldi parecchi della commissione, non esita a inventarsi storie e a far spendere soldi in piu a chi compra......e cosi taccagno che addirittura pretende i soldi, due miseri euro, per il bollo...poveretto...solo compassione e il consiglio a tutti di evitare assolutamente questa agenzia !! Non fatevi ingannare da recensioni positive che sicuramente sono state scritte da lui stesso O suoi amici. E' una cosa vergognosa....professionalità? quello lì non sa neanche cosa vuol dire professionalità......abbiamo incontrato i venditori nello studio del notaio.......si fosse degnato di fare delle misere presentazioni........se non credete contattatemi su fbook e vi fo parlare con gli avvocati. EVITATE ASSOLUTAMENTE QUESTA AGENZIA, NON FATEVI INGANNARE....VI HO AVVERTITI !
Bad experience unfortunately for us having contacted this sort of cheap agency run by an absolutely incompetent person who, in order to get that much money from the commission, does not hesitate to invent stories and make those who buy more money ..... .and so stingy that he even demands the money, two measly euros, for the stamp ... poor fellow ... only compassion and I advise everyone to absolutely avoid this agency !! Don't be fooled by positive reviews that have surely been written by himself OR his friends. It's a shameful thing .... professionalism? the one there does not even know what professionalism means ...... we met the sellers in the notary's office ....... he deigned to make some poor presentations ........ if you don't believe, contact me on fbook and let you talk to the lawyers. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS AGENCY, DO NOT BE DECEIVED .... I WARNED YOU!

La loro professionalità e gentilezza e anche la loro bravura e fiuto è la cosa che mi ha fatto sempre pensare di non rivolgermi ad altre persone. Ultimamente ho venduto una casa tramite loro a più del prezzo concordato. Super bravi e super consigliati!

Qualche mese fa' mi sono trovato come buona parte dei soggetti alla ricerca di un immobile a valutare tutte una serie di agenzie che tra migliaia di proposte fatte si nascondeva una serie di fregature che le agenzie non hanno intenzione di mettere alla luce le vere realtà... A differenza di altre mi sono trovato di fronte ad ragazzo di una notevole trasparenza che trasmette quotidianamente tutta la sua passione e nonostante abbia preso successivamente delle scelte scelte diverse ci tengo a valorizzare il fattore umano che al di là delle patetiche recensioni di pericolosi avventori di internet mi ha portato a fare ottime scelte.
