Dopo svariate chiamate da parte loro per la conferma e la richiesta di garanzie nostre , premetto che siamo entrambi dipendenti statali indeterminati, a venti minuti dall'appuntamento, eravamo quasi sul posto, ci ricontattano per dirci che la casa non era più disponibile. Risultato: giorno di ferie perso a causa loro. Poco professionali.
 We set the appointment three days ago for today. After several calls from them for confirmation and the request for our guarantees, I state that we are both indeterminate state employees, twenty minutes from the appointment, we were almost on the spot, they contact us to tell us that the house was no longer available. Result: a day of vacation lost because of them. Unprofessional.
