★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo chiesto la toelettatura per il mio cane entro Natale o comunque entro dicembre mi hanno risposto che non avevano posto. Il giorno dopo ci va una mia amica per lo stesso servizio e gli danno giorno e orario entro fine anno ma lei rifiuta perché non immaginava la scena. Evidentemente sono bravi a fare particolarità e a girare le spalle ai clienti!!!
I had asked for the grooming for my dog by Christmas or by December they replied that they had no place. The next day a friend of mine goes there for the same service and they give him day and time by the end of the year but she refuses because she didn't imagine the scene. Obviously they are good at making particularities and turning their backs on customers !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimi prezzi, ( molto più bassi di altri negozi che hanno prezzi esagerati), gentilissimi, preparati, sono forniti di qualunque cosa che serva per i nostri amici a quattro zampe. Inoltre se si ha bisogno di qualche dogsitter loro già ti consigliano dei dogsitter abbastanza preparati con prezzi nella norma e non esagerati.
Excellent prices, (much lower than other shops that have exaggerated prices), very kind, prepared, they are equipped with whatever is needed for our four-legged friends. Furthermore, if you need some dog-sitters they already recommend you dog-sitters who are quite prepared with reasonable prices and not exaggerated.
