★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima toelettatura, tornando a casa noto che il cane presenta un taglio profondo nella zampetta tanto da farle mettere 4 punti, smarrita in più la medaglietta ed oggi parlando con il proprietario per il risarcimento danni ricevo come risposta "avrai 2 toelettatura gratis". Quando sono andata a prendere il cane nessuno mi ha avvisato di questo taglio, perché "curato" li, solo dopo a casa vedevo chiazze di sangue nel pavimento.
Bad grooming, returning home I notice that the dog has a deep cut in the paw so much that it puts 4 points, lost the medal more and today talking to the owner for compensation for damages I get the answer "you will have 2 free grooming". When I went to get the dog, no one warned me of this cut, because "cured" them, only afterwards at home did I see patches of blood on the floor.
