★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cucina tradizionale, col classico pizzolo sortinese, pregevolissima eccellenza della panificazione siciliana, a fare la parte del leone. Uno basta per due. Marmellata di fragole e miele ibleo ad accompagnare i formaggi di primo sale: al top le prime due, senza infamia e senza lode i formaggi, e i salumi. Locale pulito e garbato. Personale di rara gentilezza.
