★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero molto interessato ad uno strumento visto sul sito di questo negozio, non potendo provarlo ho scritto comodamente su whatsapp al numero indicato chiedendo informazioni molto specifiche, e chi mi ha risposto è stato davvero molto gentile e disponibile disturbandosi anche a contattare il produttore della chitarra per chiarire alcuni dubbi. Alla fine la non l'ho comprata, ma sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal riguardo con cui sono stato trattato. Un vero peccato abitare a tanti chilometri di distanza.
I was very interested in an instrument seen on the site of this shop, not being able to try it, I wrote comfortably on whatsapp to the number indicated asking for very specific information, and whoever answered me was really very kind and helpful, even bothering to contact the guitar manufacturer for clarify some doubts. In the end, I didn't buy it, but I was pleasantly surprised by the regard with which I was treated. A real shame to live so many kilometers away.
