Ho chiamato 3 mesi fa per una riparazione che mi è stata fatta sostituendomi un pezzo della caldaia, poi aggiunse anche acqua ai termosifori dalla valvola perche secondo lui erano a secco anche se non li avrei utilizzati visto che faceva ancora caldo. Quando chiesi all operaio se fosse stato tutto risolto mi disse: certamente. Ma un certamente un pò dubbioso dandomi l impressione che sapesse già che da li a poco ci sarebbe stato un guasto futuro. E io dissi: per dicembre, comunque devo fare la manutenzione della caldaia, lui mi disse: ci chiami per i primi di dicembre. Guarda caso sono i primi di dicembre e la caldaia presenta un guasto. Detesto quando si approfittano dell ignoranza delle persone facendoli fessi. Mi sono già capitate situazioni del genere in passato e non conoscendo nessuno nel molise mi sono fidata delle recensioni. Non li chiamerò più

When I asked the worker if everything had been resolved he said: of course. But certainly a little doubtful, giving me the impression that he already knew that shortly thereafter there would be a future failure. And I said: for December, anyway I have to do the maintenance of the boiler, he said to me: call us for the beginning of December. As it happens, it is early December and the boiler has a fault. I hate it when they take advantage of people's ignorance by making them fools. Such situations have already happened to me in the past and not knowing anyone in Molise I trusted the reviews. I will not call them again
