Ho chiamato più volte per chiedere un intervento, e dopo 4 mesi e una serie di presunti appuntamenti, non è venuto nessuno, e sono rimasto con i miei problemi. Non mi sento di consigliarli a nessuno se questo è il post vendita I was not satisfied because after sales for me is more important than the sale itself. Mi hanno fatto pagare 300 euro per il carroponte utilizzato 20 minuti. A distanza pochi mesi chiamiamo, mandiamo mail sollecitare intervento, perché le cappottine non scendono bene, si bloccano, tanto da dover usare la scopa per farle scendere. Inoltre si frangiano sul fondo. Siamo ad 1 anno e passa e dopo due visite da parte degli operai che ammettono i problemi. Ad oggi ritornano e dicono che il problema è il vento e e dovevamo lasciarle sempre giù. Quando ad inizio anno ci avevano detto di tenerle appacchettate x fare in modo che la stoffa prendesse la piega. In più ci dicono che non sono più in garanzia. Ma non è colpa nostra de non si sono mai degnati di uscire. Dicevano che il COVID ha ammazzato il loro settore, solo il loro vero!!!! Ma vi pare normale che d’inverno io devo tenere giù le cappottine con il buio che c’è. Spero risolvano presto questo lavoro davvero male eseguito.altrimenti non finisce con una semplice brutta recensione.devo dare una stella X’ altrimenti non parte la recensione. Ma si meritano -100.
