Surely a high quality product at a fair price, so much so that my family has bought 5 sofas over time. but the after-sales service leaves you really blown away .... I have been asking for a replacement for a month and finally I had to make do!

La Sig.ra Carla è stata gentilissima e super disponibile agevol andomi con gli orari visto che abito lontano. Con la sua professionalità mi ha guidata alla scelta del divano e del tessuto adeguato alle mie esigenze. La consegna è stata precisa e puntuale, imballaggio perfetto. La sig.ra Carla ci ha seguito passo passo, sia nella scelta del tessuto che del colore (abbinato alla nostra sala). Oltretutto le nostre misure non erano standard e hanno fatto tutto su misura, il risultato è bellissimo!!! Soddisfattissima !! Ho acquistato il modello Capoverso e sono estremamente soddisfatto di questo divano. Ho apprezzato l'estrema cortesia con cui sono stato consigliato sulla scelta del divano alla mia prima visita e pure la professionalita' con cui in un secondo momento, sono stato seguito vedendo le 3 diverse proposte tra abbinamento tessuti/cuscini che aveva studiato la sig.ra Carla in base alle foto della stanza in cui dovevo collocare il divano e che le avevo precedentemente inviato. A proposito poi della consegna, dovevano passare i canonici 40gg di tempo per la realizzazione del divano ed addirittura l'azienda e' riuscita ad anticipare di una settimana la consegna. Sul modello del divano (Capoverso) posso aggiungere che e' perfetto chiuso quando si hanno ospiti e si vuole semplicemente stare seduti ed e' comodissimo anche in due sdraiati, una volta spostati gli schienali, quasi come fosse un letto. Il prezzo lo trovo giusto ed in linea con la qualita', la struttura e la solidita' del prodotto. Per la mia esperienza quindi non posso far altro che consigliare l'azienda Dona' Salotti e ringraziarli del meraviglioso divano che hanno realizzato. I appreciated the extreme courtesy with which I was advised on the choice of the sofa on my first visit and also the professionalism with which at a later time, I was followed seeing the 3 different proposals between combination fabrics / pillows that he had studied Mr. ra Carla based on the photos of the room where I had to place the sofa and that I had previously sent. Speaking of the delivery, the canonical 40 days had to pass for the realization of the sofa and even the company was able to anticipate the delivery by a week. On the model of the sofa (Capoverso) I can add that it is perfect when you have guests and you simply want to sit and it is very comfortable even when you lie down, once the backrests have been moved, almost like a bed. The price I find right and in line with the quality, the structure and the solidity of the product. In my experience, therefore, I can only advise the company Dona 'Salotti and thank them for the wonderful sofa they have made.

Claudio il quale ci ha anche fornito ottimi suggerimenti sui complementi ed i colori da utilizzare in abbinamento al salotto acquistato. A diversi mesi dall'acquisto siamo assolutamente soddisfatti della qualità e della comodità del divano in pelle modello Mito acquistato. Ringraziamo il Sig. Solitamente clienti di un famoso marchio italiano, ma recentemente delusi dalla fattura del loro prodotto, per un nuovo acquisto abbiamo deciso di rivolgerci ad un'autentica produzione artigianale. Il risultato è stato ottimo. La varietà dei modelli presenti nello showroom, unita ad una vasta gamma di pellame e di tinte/lavorazioni disponibili ci ha da subito colpito. La disponibilità di Renato nel consigliarci le possibili finiture, nonchè nel descrivere i criteri di scelta dei materiali, unita alla cura della confezione del prodotto ci ha decisamente soddisfatto. Usually customers of a famous Italian brand, but recently disappointed by the invoice of their product, for a new purchase we decided to turn to an authentic artisan production.
