★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed our meal at Qualia, so much so that we backed up again the following evenng.
The food was excellent. Quality ingedients, treated with respect and imagination. Good range of dishes to choose from on the menu.
The service was very good. Friendly, professional and clearly family. We loved the theatre of the twins and their older sister running the front of house, with the husband (chef) and his brother and their mother amongst the team in the kitchen. And we always love being able to witness the ballet and humour in a good kitchen.
Wine list and recommendations were also very good as was the grappa. Coffee was perfect.
The room is very comfortable with a great fitout. Tables are well spaced.
A very good restaurant that deserves its success.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When in Cefalù you have to eat here! Modern style Sicily. The food is amazing, the staff very friendly and the interior is tastefully done. The lasagne and pork ribs are very very good.

We had vegetarian and non-vegetatian dishes. Both were perfect.
Great service with tasteful modern interior
Worth michelin recognition. You get more than your moneys worth here.

The service staff was also very professional.
However, in my opinion, the quantity is lacking. The restaurant is more expensive and the dishes are smaller than those from other restaurants in the area of the same quality.
There is a tasting menu, but the ordered portions are only half as big as when ordered independently. After a 3-course or 6-course Taste menu, you leave the restaurant hungry and still pay a lot more than in any other top restaurant in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole gastronomique experience at this restaurant deserves a Michelin star! Everything was delicious - we took the Menu Degustazione which we can highly recommend - like this you can manage to enjoy most of their dishes. The pork belly was excellent, and so were all the antipasti. the wine pairing was on point! Highly recommended! Do try it out!
