Oltre a tutto questo va considerato un valore aggiunto che per me è fondamentale e che va oltre l’aspetto lavorativo: le persone! Lavorare con persone che gratificano il tuo lavoro, perché lo rispettano tanto quanto quello proprio, è una qualità non facile da trovare >>.
