Questa volta per salotto, bagno e camera da letto, mobili di qualità eccellente e un servizio dedicato che ti segue passo passo durante la realizzazione e anche quando c’è qualche inconveniente (che può succedere) subito disponibili a risolvere. Abbiamo acquistato una cucina su misura ad aprile con data della consegna raccomandata e garantita e sottolineo garantita dal proprietario Giuliano a 40 giorni dall’ordine per nostra urgenza ma non è stata mantenuta, la cucina è arrivata ben tre mesi dopo l’ordine…. Dal montaggio di luglio 2021 a ora novembre 2021 sto aspettando ancora dei pezzi mancanti e la regolatura delle ante che sono cedute…Giuliano il proprietario sempre introvabile al telefono e quando risponde lui o Francesca trovano sempre scuse per non venire a finire la cucina già pagata anticipatamente. Metrature sbagliate e piano cottura messo nel posto sbagliato ma non come d’accordo . Quindi esperienza totalmente negativa non consiglio a nessuno questo mobilificio per incompetenza e inaffidabilità. Negative experience with "qb arreda" I would not recommend it to anyone !!!! We purchased a custom-made kitchen in April with a recommended and guaranteed delivery date and I stress guaranteed by the owner Giuliano 40 days from the order for our urgency but it was not maintained, the kitchen arrived three months after the order .... From the assembly of July 2021 to now November 2021 I am still waiting for the missing pieces and the adjustment of the doors that are sold ... Giuliano the owner always unavailable on the phone and when he or Francesca answers they always find excuses not to finish the kitchen already paid in advance . Wrong sizes and hob placed in the wrong place but not as agreed. So totally negative experience I do not recommend this furniture factory to anyone for incompetence and unreliability.

Sono giovani e collaborativi; Francesca, la mia consulente in QB, sa ascoltare ed è sempre disponibile. Il nostro rapporto di cliente e fornitore è iniziato con l' acquisto ed installazione di un blocco cucina personalizzato e di un armadio ma ora sta continuando con l' ordine di altri arredi per il mio appartamento. Gentili e disponibili fin da subito per la progettazione di quasi tutto l’arredamento di casa. Curato ogni particolare: dalla qualità, al prezzo, alla scelta dei materiali e dei colori. Flessibili nei pagamenti potendo scegliere più opzioni. Molto precisi nel montaggio e molto attenti (avendo un parquet molto delicato). Curati nella pulizia seguente al montaggio. Consigliatissimi!! L'accoglienza ricevuta da Giuliano e Francesca ci hanno fatti sentire subito a nostro agio. Sono dei veri professionisti, pronti ad ascoltare le necessità del cliente per poterle soddisfare, integrandole con le loro idee e i loro suggerimenti. Ci hanno dedicato parecchio tempo, i progetti si evolvevano e si modificavano proprio a seguito dei ripetuti confronti. Il risultato? Quando abbiamo visto l'appartamento arredato siamo rimasti estasiati. Non solo era stupendo ma era la perfetta realizzazione di quanto avevamo immaginato e creato con Giuliano e Francesca! Il montaggio dei mobili è stato realizzato a regola d'arte. Ci tengo a precisare che i mobili sono stati anche puliti, cosa per nulla scontata. Che dire in conclusione... sicuramente consiglierò QB a tutte le persone che conosco. Tramite questa recensione voglio anche ringraziare Giuliano e Francesca per quanto hanno fatto per noi?
