★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante l'ottima qualità delle cucine, sconsiglio caldamente di comprare la cucina presso questo store poichè l'assistenza clienti (rivenditore) è totalmente incompetente e totalmente non trasparente nei confronti dei clienti. Ponete attenzione anche al contratto capestro che dovesse sottoporre. Ho avuto una pessima esperienza sotto tutti i punti di vista. Peccato perchè cucine di tal fatta meriterebbero una adeguata assistenza.
Despite the excellent quality of the kitchens, I strongly advise against buying the kitchen at this store as the customer service (retailer) is totally incompetent and totally not transparent towards customers. Also pay attention to the halter contract that he should submit. I had a very bad experience from all points of view. Too bad because kitchens of this kind deserve adequate assistance.
