Il personale mi ha detto che non fanno servizio per il controllo olio e non mi ha potuto cambiare i soldi per fare benzina perché era inutile dal momento che li si paga solo con il bancomat. Cit. “Una pompa di benzina un po’ triste”. Sono dovuta andare alla stazione di servizio Bazzera sud perché in zona a parte loro gli altri o erano chiusi o non facevano olio. I was there just today because I was stranded with the machine that marked a low oil level. No oil, no Diesel. The staff told me that they are not in charge of checking the oil and could not change money for gas because it was useless since you only pay for them with an ATM. Cit. "A gas pump a little sad". I had to go to the southern Bazzera service station because in the area apart from them the others were either closed or didn't make oil.

Il giorno dopo, in ufficio, vado sul sito q8 con mie credenziali per richiedere fattura e scopro che il punto vendita non è gestito da q8 e che bisogna chiedere fattura al gestore. E qui parte L'odissea. Sullo scontrino non c'è nessun numero di telefono. Quello su gmaps suona a vuoto a tutte le ore. Chiamo assistenza Carrefour cui l'impianto fa parte e anche loro mi danno sempre quel numero da chiamare. Giorni dopo passando di lì vado di persona e il guardiano, persona arrogante e fastidiosa, mi comunica che Google deve farsi i fatti suoi in merito ai numeri di telefono (???). Scortesi e male organizzati. Absurdly non-existent customer service. I read q8 easy on the sign and then I go quiet with the self service. The next day, in the office, I go to the q8 website with my credentials to request an invoice and I discover that the store is not managed by q8 and that the manager must be invoiced. And here the odyssey starts. There is no phone number on the receipt. The one on gmaps sounds empty at all times. I call Carrefour assistance to which the system belongs and they always give me that number to call. Days after passing by I go in person and the guardian, arrogant and annoying person, tells me that Google has to do his own thing about the phone numbers (???). Rude and badly organized.
